Handmade Quality Guarantee

At S² Creations, we take immense pride in the care, detail, and craftsmanship that goes into every piece we create. Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and size are natural characteristics of the materials and should be expected.
What is Covered?
We warrant that your item will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises during this period, we will gladly:
Repair the item at no cost to you, OR
Replace the item with an identical or comparable piece, OR
Refund the purchase price if a repair or replacement is not possible.
What is Not Covered?

This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, stretching, minor scratches).

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations.

Failure to follow the provided Care Instructions (e.g., improper washing, exposure to moisture/heat).

Incidental or consequential damages.
How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within the warranty period:

What to Include: Your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

Note: The customer may be responsible for shipping the item back to our studio for inspection or repair. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired/replaced item back to you.
